The menu is a wish-list for lovers of fresh, delicious food and also features a wide selection of hot and cold beverages, including Arabic coffee and fresh fruit juices.     • Hummus Tray

      Pureed garbanzo beans, tahini sauce, lemon juice & garlic topped with olive oil our Special Hot Sauce. Served with our homemade tanoor bread.

      Mashed fava beans with sautéed onions, tomatoes, with tahini and olive oil or Sesame oil. Served with our homemade Tanoor bread.

      We prepare rice in the following five styles:

      1. Mandi-
        Smoked rice that is marinaded with coriander seed, cumin seed, black peppercorns, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, turmeric, saffron and butter.
      2.  Zurbyan-
        Slow cooked rice that is marinaded with chopped onions, garlic, green chili, turmeric, coriander, cumin, black pepper, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and the stock of the meat that is slow cooked with it.
      3. Biryani-
        Basmati rice slow cooked with sautéed potatoes, caramelized onions, and meat that has been boiled then sautéed with biryani spices (salt, saffron,turmeric, paprika, red chilli, green chilli, dill seed, cardamom, black pepper, clove, cumin, allspice, ginger, garlic). Garnished with nuts.
      4. Uzi-
        A triple cooked lamb dish. The meat is first pot fried with Uzi spices (cinnamon, allspice, black pepper, nutmeg, cardamom), the rice is then mixed with the spices and meat to be boiled then slow cooked. The lamb is then stuffed with rice and fried on all sides, slow baked in an oven, then garnished with pistachios,almonds, and pine nuts.
      5. Haneeth-
        Slow cooked rice that is marinaded with coriander seed, cumin seed, black peppercorns, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, turmeric, saffron and butter.
